We are on the traditional lands, referred to as Treaty 4 Territory and that the city of Regina is located on Treaty 4 territory, the original lands of the Cree, Ojibwe Saulteaux, Dakota, Nakota, Lakota, and on the homeland of the Métis Nation. We respect and honour the Treaties that were made on all territories, we acknowledge the harms and mistakes of the past, and we are committed to move forward in partnership with Indigenous Nations in the spirit of reconciliation and collaboration.
FREE programming that is perfect for youth and young families!
Centered around the Rink on Wascana, there will be free public skating, horse and wagon rides, outdoor dodgeball, kick sledding, indigenous games, hide tanning, and the Family Fun Zone!
The Family Fun Zone is new to Frost Regina this year! Located on the Queen Elizabeth II East Lawn, the tent is packed with activities from our Wascana Ecology team, Government House, the Saskatchewan Science Centre, Royal Saskatchewan Museum, and more! Also pop in any time to make a craft or grab a hot chocolate.
Outside the tent, we invite you to come warm up around one of our new Frost fire pits, play some winter games, or climb up the mighty Mt. Wascana!
